Nancy has been in the decorating business since 1981, bringing decades of experience and a keen eye for design to every project. She began her career running her own design center alongside her family at Paint Service Inc. in Waterbury, where she specialized in color, wallpaper, window treatments, and custom home design. She later worked in the kitchen and cabinetry industry, overseeing product development, showroom design, and custom kitchen planning for clients across the country.

Since joining Middlebury Furniture & Home Design in 2011, Nancy has played a key role in growing the design department into the thriving resource it is today. Known for her unique eye for color and ability to create custom window treatments, room layouts, and home staging solutions, she brings both creativity and deep product knowledge to her clients.
